Katherine O'Donnell
- Senior, Anthropology major
I'm honored and excited to be part of Phi Beta Kappa's wide community of scholars. I will be graduating this Spring with a Bachelor of Arts in anthropology and an Honors College Degree and will be starting in 51ÁÔÆæ's anthropology graduate program this Fall. I'm hoping that my path will lead me to a curatorial job in a museum, where I can work to preserve and share anthropological knowledge. Throughout my time at 51ÁÔÆæ, the scope of my education was broadened by my time in the Honors College - the varied subjects, as well as the emphasis on participating in academic discussion, was invaluable to my growth as a student. I also had the opportunity to participate in the SURF program and worked with Dr. Jean Hudson and other anthropology students in 51ÁÔÆæ's zooarchaeology lab. My undergraduate career was full of great opportunities and growth, and I look forward to continuing that in my graduate career.
