To maintain the security of the Globalprotect VPN service, a maintenance window has been defined up update certain components of the service. This work has been scheduled for an hour, starting at 9:00PM CDT on April 14, 2026.

This work requires the VPN portals and gateways to be restarted after updates are made. Active VPN connections may be interrupted during this work, and new VPN logins may experience short periods of inaccessibility or failure to connect. These outage periods are not expected to last the entire hour, but may repeat throughout the maintenance window.
