We create an environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect, where every voice is recognized, and where every person belongs and thrives. <strong><s><\/s><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will accomplish this by listening to one another with respect and including every voice and every viewpoint across a broad range of people working together by providing leadership for innovation in health care with the goal of strengthening communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through dialogue, we will seek to understand and learn how to ignite meaningful relationships with one another. When we know better, we do better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SON STRONG Thriving Together committee is responsible for reviewing, recommending school policies, procedures, and practices, where applicable and\/or when requested, to support excellence across our mission. We also develop educational programs and opportunities which support our SON community in being a safe and welcoming environment where each and every person feels a sense of connectedness and belonging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"uwm-u-mr-30 default\">The STRONG Thriving Together committee meets monthly in open, public meetings.
