Health information and care coordination services along with varied and engaging health promotion programs are the hallmark of the nurse-led partnership sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"size-p-lg\">Nurse clinicians partner with program managers at the centers to coordinate health education and prevention services for guests and residents from the surrounding area. Many 51ÁÔÆæ School of Nursing and other health professional students benefit from having their community health clinical experiences at the House of Peace and Silver Spring Community Nursing Centers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-l-col uwm-l-col--4 uwm-l-offset--1\"><nav aria-label=\"Sidebar\" class=\"uwm-p-navigation-list uwm-p-navigation-list--gold-border \"><div class=\"uwm-p-navigation-list--title\"><a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/nursing\/community-engagement\/\">Community &amp;
