Zilber, founder of Zilber Ltd., a residential and commercial real estate firm. In 2007, Joe Zilber announced a $10 million gift to create the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee\u2019s Zilber College of Public Health, Wisconsin\u2019s only nationally accredited college of public health. Since then, hundreds of students have graduated from the college.
