It airs at on the Ideas Network of Wisconsin Public Radio, whose affiliate in Milwaukee is WHAD-FM 90.7.<\/p>\n<p>Kehl talks about the challenge of negotiating water use globally, so countries can have equal access to the natural resource. Because economic development depends on water, she says, equity affects a nation\u2019s capacity to thrive. She also discusses exposure to lead from tap water in Milwaukee and how to address it.<\/p>\n<p>Egan explains why invasive species are such a concern in Lake Michigan, and why the altered ecosystem
