The conference is a two-day opportunity for federal agencies, industry and academia to come together for technical discussions to advance the nation\u2019s research enterprise. Led by Adel Nasiri, associate dean for research, the conference features research presentations with focus on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Advanced Manufacturing<\/li>\n<li>Biomedical and Health<\/li>\n<li>Energy and Sustainability<\/li>\n<li>Physical Infrastructure<\/li>\n<li>Water and the Environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The MERC attests 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s elite Tier One Carnegie Classification status, the highest rating for a research institution.
