This year, the conference will focus on the Latino vote, with panels on voter mobilization, community organizing and immigration reform.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/fola.splashthat.com\/\">event<\/a> will be 9:30 a.m.-2 p.m. March 24 in the Union Ballroom.
