The free event runs from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Lubar Entrepreneurship Center atrium.<\/p>\n<p>Professor and licensed therapist Julia Roncoroni of the University of Denver, and the founder of Cocina Libre, and chef Gregory Le\u00f3n of Amilinda restaurant in Milwaukee and a James Beard finalist will share their experiences.<\/p>\n<p>The evening also includes a short documentary (40 minutes) about Cocina Libre\u2019s impact on chef participants, and attendees will have a chance to sample light appetizers from Amilinda.<\/p>\n<p>Find more <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/clacs\/cocina-libre\/\">details and RSVP at this webpage<\/a>.
