Turn the time-tested saying into action with help from the Student Health and Wellness Center (SHAW). SHAW offers a <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/studentaffairs\/event\/sleep-on-it\/2025-11-19\/\">50-minute workshop<\/a> to help you prepare for a better night&#8217;s sleep. The next workshop in the series is Wednesday, Nov. 19, from 3-3:50 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>And if you&#8217;re still tossing and turning, meet with our licensed team of medical and counseling providers to find the right treatment option for you.
