Please share this invite with your colleagues and teams.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can expect to hear about:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highlights from last cycle<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven adjustments<\/li>\n<li>Spring Orientation and Transition program details<\/li>\n<li>Preview of Spring and Summer 2026: Sequencing plans with Admitted Student Days, dates, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Until then, here are a few notes about orientation and transition programs for students starting their 51ÁÔÆæ journey this UWinteriM or in Spring 2026:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As of Oct. 1, admitted students can now register for orientation in their admissions portals.\u00a0The <a href=\"https:\/\/panthers.sharepoint.com\/:w:\/s\/OUA-Group-NewStudentPrograms\/EU5Vw7u6N3hEkeLS8_RzGAYBu0319XnOSR6rdf3L6cHYFw?e=OOacPD\">onboarding overview document<\/a> outlines onboarding outcomes, program and schedule information, each step of the onboarding process, fees, terms, deadlines, dates and more.<\/li>\n<li>For advising staff: The <a href=\"https:\/\/app.powerbi.com\/groups\/10004838-122e-41a2-b4d4-a585871bb086\/reports\/910510b4-dcc0-433e-af5d-c57b9cb2e39c?ctid=0bca7ac3-fcb6-4efd-89eb-6de97603cf21&amp;pbi_source=linkShare\">Spring 2026 Orientation Dashboard<\/a> is ready. Here is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loom.com\/share\/f5133bc365da45fbb3ec0bec803f4b0a?sid=68537e62-0bfd-44ad-8a7b-927a4779b984\">a quick video tutorial<\/a>\u00a0if you need a refresher or if you have not used the dashboard before.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please note that since the dashboard now reliably refreshes at 7 a.m. each day, advisors are able to pull an accurate list of their students at any time. Undergraduate Admissions will no longer be sending out weekly rosters via email for any student population except for the NSO in-person program roster 10 days ahead of the program.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you&#8217;re unable to access the dashboard, please make sure you have <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/data\/obiee-and-oair-sharepoint-reports\">submitted a data access request<\/a>.
