The $6,000 grant encourages and assists 51ÁÔÆæ scholars in all fields of study to conduct research on individuals, movements and ideas that have influenced the quest for social justice and human rights in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>The application deadline is Friday, Jan. 9. All full-time faculty and academic staff are encouraged to apply, individually or as a group. <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/libraries\/special\/events\/fromkin\/\">Find more information at this webpage<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The 2025 Morris Fromkin Memorial Lecture will be delivered by Gabriela Nagy, assistant professor in the 51ÁÔÆæ Department of Psychology, on Thursday, Oct. 30, at 4:30 p.m. in the 4th floor Conference Center of the 51ÁÔÆæ Golda Meir Library.
