The Southeastern Wisconsin Caregiving Symposium will explore the needs of the most hidden and vulnerable caregivers \u2013 children, youth and young adults.<\/p>\n
Led by Melinda S. Kavanaugh, professor of social work at 51ÁÔÆæ, the symposium will cover topics including caregiving advocacy, laws and policies affecting family caregivers.<\/p>\n
The event will take place on Monday, Oct. 13, from 8:30 a.m to 4 p.m. in the UW-Milwaukee Student Union Ballroom. The cost is $25 to attend, and participants will earn 6 CEHs.
