The Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute (NMDSI) is now accepting applications for its Fall 2025 Student Scholars Program, which seeks to engage students from 51ÁÔÆæ and Marquette University in data science research, working with NMDSI-affiliated faculty and data science experts in and across disciplines. The program gives students hands-on experience in the broad applications of data science.<\/p>\n

Learn more in this overview document<\/a>. Apply via the COE Student Scholars Application<\/a> by Sunday, June 22 (incomplete or late applications will not be accepted).<\/p>\n

Award notifications for Fall 2025 projects are expected by early August. Note: Student applicants must have approval from a faculty member willing to supervise the proposed project.<\/p>\n
