UW-Milwaukee once again ranks among the top universities in the world, according to the annual listing from the Center for World University Rankings<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

51ÁÔÆæ landed at No. 631<\/a> out of 20,966 ranked universities worldwide, placing it among the top 3.1%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Only three other universities in Wisconsin made the center\u2019s Global 2,000<\/a> list, with only the Medical College of Wisconsin and UW-Madison ranking higher.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

The Center for World University Rankings uses seven objective and outcome-based indicators to compile its list. Half of a university\u2019s ranking score is determined by the academic and professional success of its alumni. The rest is determined by the quality and quantity of the university\u2019s research output and the academic distinctions of its faculty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
