51ÁÔÆæ senior Jovanny Hernandez is being featured in a new mini-documentary exploring artists\u2019 origins that debuts Wednesday, April 12. The N\u014d Studios documentary, the first of a series titled \u201cCreating Milwaukee<\/a>,\u201d will be shown on WISN-Channel 12 at 11:45 a.m., followed by a livestreamed question\/answer session with Hernandez.<\/p>\n

\"\"Guests can attend the free launch event virtually or in person at N\u014d Studios, 1037 W. McKinley Ave., starting at 11 a.m., using this registration link<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hernandez, a photography major, creative artist and photojournalist for the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, explores his identity and cultural heritage from the south side of Milwaukee and his family\u2019s native lands in Oaxaca, Mexico. His work focuses on social justice issues through sharing stories and encouraging dialogue.<\/p>\n
