MPS high school juniors can apply to MATC, 51ÁÔÆæ, and many University of Wisconsin campuses with one simple form through Direct Admit!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milwaukee Direct Admit is a streamlined application that connects your MPS transcript directly to Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) and the stress out of applying to college. This program is designed to help students have better access to opportunities after graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Direct Admit Wisconsin is an initiative by the University of Wisconsin to offer admission to qualifying high school students between their junior and senior year to 10 Universities of Wisconsin campuses, including 51ÁÔÆæ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only information needed is the student&#8217;s name, their student ID and where they want to apply. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students are not committed to attending MATC or a University of Wisconsin, and still must accept their admissions offer to enroll. They&#8217;ll also be responsible for tuition and other costs to attend college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many financial aid options are available to students. That includes the $500 Smart Start scholarship program. No essays required, and no other extra work, like manually sending in transcripts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students will receive an admissions offer by September that becomes official one they graduate high school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using Direct Admit <strong>does<\/strong> <strong>not<\/strong> <strong>commit<\/strong> students to attending either MATC or Universities of Wisconsin.
