Established in 2014, Meat on the Street was founded between siblings Alexa and Matt Alfaro as Milwaukee\u2019s first Filipino food truck. The company has since grown with multiple food trucks, a catering service, and a brick-and-mortar location.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Food is love in our household.\u201d This morning conversation will surround topics of how food keeps us connected as well as learning about Alexa\u2019s journey in starting and sustaining Meat on the Street. These discussions are moderated by an LEC team member including our featured Entrepreneurs-in-Residence. Innovators will have a brief interview\u00a0followed by\u00a0an open-format discourse, fielding questions from the audience about their strategies and passions.
