Binding orders must be processed through a 51ÁÔÆæ department.&nbsp;<strong>NOTE:<\/strong>&nbsp;Not all 51ÁÔÆæ departments provide this service. Please see alternatives to this process below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-to-order\">To Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contact your department and make arrangements for payment. See Method of Payment, below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After contacting bindery staff (<a href=\"mailto:schulz25@uwm.edu\">schulz25@uwm.edu<\/a>), unbound theses and dissertations can be delivered to the Circulation Desk at the Golda Meir Library. All manuscript volumes must be provided as the library does not offer printing services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Theses and dissertations are bound in black bindings with the title and author\u2019s last name embossed on the spine in gold, unless otherwise specified at the time of order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You or your department will be contacted via phone or email when the bound copies are returned from HF Group, the bindery currently under contract with 51ÁÔÆæ. Arrangements must be made for these copies to be picked up at the Golda Meir Library. We do not mail personal copies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-delivery-schedule\">Delivery Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We are on a 4-week delivery\/pick-up schedule (with some exceptions).&nbsp;Volumes sent out on one date will be back on the next.&nbsp;You will be contacted when they have been unpacked and are ready to be picked up.&nbsp;If you have any questions, please call 414-251-5970.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2026\">2026<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>January 19<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>February 16<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>March 16<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>April 13<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May 11<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>June 8<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>July 6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>August 3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>August 31<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>September 28<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>October 26<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>November 23<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>December 21<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-charges\">Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cost per volume: $25.00<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional services&nbsp;<strong>must be requested<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pockets for maps\/charts: $6.50 (per volume)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pockets for disks: $2.00 (per volume)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Case-flush-bottom binding \u2013&nbsp;recommended for books with heavy text blocks or more than 2\u2033 in thickness: $5.00 (per volume)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional charges may apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversized height \u2013 past 15\u2033: $6 (per volume)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversized thickness* \u2013 past 3\u2033: $7 (per volume)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volumes over 4\u201d thick* \u2013 will be divided in the most appropriate place and bound into separate volumes: 25$ (per volume)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>*We recommend duplex printing if applicable to reduce the thickness of thesis\/dissertation to be bound<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-method-of-payment\">Method of Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The 51ÁÔÆæ Libraries Bindery does not accept cash, credit cards, or personal checks.
