Pre-assign chaperones to student groups ahead of arrival to campus and remind minors that <br \/>\nthey shall remain under the supervision of their assigned chaperone(s) at all times. <br \/>\n6. Schedule an early arrival in order to allow time to reach your campus meeting point and <br \/>\nensure a restroom break in advance of activity start time.<br \/>\n7. Secure insurance coverage sufficient to cover the activity and any related risk. Groups shall <br \/>\nbe responsible for any injury or incidents and related response and care.<br \/>\n8. Communicate behavioral and conduct expectations to chaperones and youth participants and <br \/>\nassume responsibility for upholding expectations throughout the visit, including:<br \/>\na. Arrive on time and follow 51ÁÔÆæ staff instructions and itinerary.<br \/>\nb. Dress appropriately for the weather and nature of the activity.<br \/>\nc. Observe appropriate volume when visiting indoor classroom and office buildings.<br \/>\nd. Remain with assigned chaperones, groups, and\/or 51ÁÔÆæ staff at all times.<br \/>\ne. Notify chaperone when a bathroom break is required so that supervision can be <br \/>\nmaintained. Adult chaperones should ensure that bathroom or locker room facilities <br \/>\nare clear of other adults prior to allowing minors to enter. Adults should remain <br \/>\noutside of the facilities at all times when in use by minors.<br \/>\nf. Refrain from running, rough play, or otherwise disruptive behavior.<br \/>\ng.
