Statement on Licensing Restrictions for Electronic Resources at 51ÁÔÆæ Libraries<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Access to Library owned resources is governed by license agreements which restrict use to the 51ÁÔÆæ community and to individuals who use the 51ÁÔÆæ Libraries facilities. Anyone using the 51ÁÔÆæ Libraries facilities is welcome to use these resources on-site but off campus or remote use is restricted to 51ÁÔÆæ faculty, staff and students. Licensed electronic resources are owned by independent providers and are protected by copyright and other laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use of licensed resources is for personal, educational or research purposes only. Authorized users are expected to check the provider\u2019s web site for permitted uses and restrictions, and must comply with restrictions on use, copying, reproduction, distribution and alteration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Systematically or programmatically or massively copying any of these resources is forbidden. Users are not allowed to distribute these resources beyond 51ÁÔÆæ faculty, students and staff.
