DESCRIPTION:In this virtual presentation\, Derek Webb (51���� Records Officer) and Shiraz Bhathena (Digital Archivist) will walk campus employees through some fundamentals of records management such as: \n\nHow does records management benefit campus offices and employees?\nWho is responsible for managing records?\nWhat all qualifies as a “record?”\nHow can I tell how long to keep records and what to do with them afterwards?\nWho can I call to help me with questions I have about records management?\n\nThe presentation will take place via Teams on Tuesday\, December 9 from 2:00-3:00 and is open to all 51���� faculty and staff who are responsible for university records.
