It boasts a \u201ccommunity-powered defense system\u201d by keeping some features like private messaging locked until users make contributions judged positive by their peers. The goal of the platform is to give LGBT individuals in the Arab world a safe, private community.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Arab &amp; Middle-Eastern Descent Education and Information<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mondoweiss.net\/2011\/06\/arab-lgbt-movement-we-are-not-victims-in-need-of-a-white-male-savior-working-in-london\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arab LGBT Movement Speaks Out<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mykali.weebly.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">My.Kali.Mag<\/a><\/strong><br>A monthly magazine that concerns the LGBTQ community from all around the world and dedicated for people who live in the: Middle East, for foreigners who live in the Arab world, for those new-gay-to-be, for those who\u2019re away fom home and for those who\u2019re intereseted in entering the world of My.Kali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrw.org\/video-photos\/interactive\/2018\/04\/16\/no-longer-alone\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">No Longer Alone &#8211; LGBT Voices from the Middle East and North Africa<\/a><\/strong><br>Human Rights Watch and the Arab Foundation for Freedoms and Equality (AFE) teamed up to produce videos featuring Arabic-speaking LGBT activists describing their journeys of self-acceptance. They offer free, confidential, culturally sensitive peer support, information and resources for LGBTQ+ South Asian individuals, families and friends around the globe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.desirainbow.org\/\"><strong>Desi Rainbow Parents &amp; Allies<\/strong><\/a><br>Desi Rainbow Parents &amp; Allies was conceived in 2017 for South Asian families and friends of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning individuals to learn about LGBTQIA+ issues, find community with one another and learn how to better support their loved ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-south-east-asian\">South East Asian<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/malayaproject.blogspot.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>The Malaya Project<\/strong><\/a><br>Photographer Deney Tuazon and filmmaker Gregory Pacificar, come together to create The Malaya (Free) Project. As the LGBT movement\u2019s communications epicenter, GLAAD is the principal organization that works directly with news media, entertainment media, cultural institutions and social media.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Native American \/ American Indian \/ First Nations Education and Information<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/graduate.lclark.edu\/live\/files\/15810-tribal-equity-toolkit-20\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Indigenous Ways of Knowing (IWOK)<\/strong><\/a><br>IWOK released the second edition of the groundbreaking Tribal Equity Toolkit: Tribal Resolutions and Codes to Support Two Spirit and LGBT Justice in Indian Country. Many Indian tribal governing documents are patterned after the U.S. constitution, which means Indigneous traditions and cultures are not always reflected in governing resolutions. The Tribal Equity Toolkit creates ways for Tribal government to adjust their codes and policies to include and reflect the experiences of Two Spirit and LGBT tribal members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/nativeout\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">NativeOut<\/a><br><\/strong>NativeOUT was originally founded in 2004 as a social group named the Phoenix Two Spirit Society, by Corey Taber, Ambrose Nelson, and Victor Bain in Phoenix, Arizona.&nbsp;Through our website, video productions, social networks and in-person presentations, we educate the world about the Indigenous LGBTQ\/Two Spirit people of North America.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ihs.gov\/lgbt\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">LGBTQ and Two Spirit Health<\/a><\/strong><br>The Indian Health Service (IHS) works to ensure that Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning and Two Spirit (LGBTQ-2S) American Indian and Alaska Native (AI\/AN) individuals and their families receive equal access to health services in the communities where they live.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sexuality\">Sexuality<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-asexual\">Asexual<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion uwm-p-accordion--icon-left-circle\" data-accordion-prefix-classes=\"uwm\" data-accordion-cool-selectors=\"1\"><button class=\"uwm-p-accordion--toggle-button size-p-md\">Expand All<\/button>\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Asexual Communities<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.asexuality.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>The Asexuality and Visibility Network (AVEN)<\/strong><\/a><br>This organization hosts the world\u2019s largest online asexual community and has a large archive with resources on asexuality.
