Coffeeshop Astrophysics is a science outreach group formed 10 years ago. Over the past decade, graduate students and other professionals from the 51ÁÔÆæ Department of Physics have given dozens of science talks at Anodyne Coffee in Walker’s Point on wide-ranging topics in physics.<\/p>\n
To celebrate the 10th anniversary a special presentation will be given by former members of our group covering the importance of science communication and the connections made with the Milwaukee community.<\/p>\n
Doors open at 6 pm, and the presentation will begin at 6:30 pm. There will be free appetizers and a cash bar.
