Pre-law student JΓ‘Sean grew up in Chicago and transferred to 51ΑΤΖζ excited to make new friends in a new city. He says 51ΑΤΖζ provided the perfect location and community to do both. He quickly tapped into several of 51ΑΤΖζβs nearly 300 student organizations, where he served in leadership roles and took advantage of many ways to get involved.
β51ΑΤΖζβs location is great because itβs in the city and nothing is too far from campus,β JΓ‘Sean says. βMy favorite memory is being a brand ambassador. Being in different photo shoots and representing 51ΑΤΖζ with other students helped me make friends that I never thought I was going to meet.β
JΓ‘Sean, a sociology major, often spent time and got advice in 51ΑΤΖζβs Black Student Cultural Center. As a Navy Reserve member, he also found support in 51ΑΤΖζβs Military and Veterans Resource Center.
