
Culinary Historian Michael Twitty, author of the award-winning novel “The Cooking Gene”, was recently a part of a panel discussion held by the Sam and Helen Stahl Center for Jewish Studies at 51ΑΤΖζ.
Soon, he will be headed to Africa with a group chefs to learn about African culture. βWeβre going as learners, weβre going as ambassadors,β Twitty said. βWeβre going as people who will hopefully come back with knowledge we can bring back to our respective communities.”
