Rachel Arndt

Rachel Arndt works from the belief that lifelong learning should not apply only to library patrons; a successful practitioner adapts and evolves over their career. Since achieving her MLIS at UW-Milwaukee, Rachel’s library experience includes positions in archives, front-line reference, technical services, management, and public library administration. In 2020, she established Rachel Arndt Consulting, LLC. As a consultant, she delivers holistic and customized services to elevate libraries and their workers. Services include strategic planning, program development, project management, continuing education, management coaching, and board education. Rachel has been teaching as an adjunct instructor at 51ÁÔÆæ since 2023. She strives to create opportunities for students to connect their academic study to professional applications. Rachel also serves on several boards related to libraries and education.
