Additionally, Classroom Services provides consultation and support for the installation of AV\/IT equipment and control systems used in classrooms, meeting rooms, and for digital signage throughout campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-classroom-technology-equipment-requests\">Classroom Technology Equipment Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please see the\u202f <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/information-technology\/classroom-services\/av-order-form\/\">AV Equipment Reservation Request Form<\/a> to schedule reservations of audiovisual equipment or request assistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When completing your request, please keep in mind the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delivery and set-up requests for credit courses must be submitted at least one business day in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery and set-up requests for non-credit courses, events, workshops, seminars, and meetings must be placed at least three days in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pick-up requests must be picked up and returned by the individual listed on the submission form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All recordable media must be supplied by the customer including SD cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student organizations and events hosted in the Union, please contact <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/union\/event-services\/\">Event Services<\/a> for AV equipment reservations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-available-equipment\">Available Equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-audiovisual-equipment\">Audiovisual Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Classroom Services offers many solutions to address the varying technical needs of instruction and other campus-related departmental events. Audiovisual equipment will generally be set up by staff in classrooms. Live Stream events can be archived for future viewing as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-lecture-capture\">Lecture Capture<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All General Assignment and many department managed classrooms on campus are capable of software based lecture to accommodate scheduled or ad-hoc recordings.
