The 51ÁÔÆæ KnowledgeBase contains a searchable information, including step-by-step instructions, technical documents, policies, and procedures. Visit the 51ÁÔÆæ KnowledgeBase<\/a> and type in your search terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-Person Help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Walk-in services are available at the Learning Commons Technology Desk in the Golda Meir Library. Please note that the Golda Meir Technology Desk may not be staffed all hours that the library is open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To avoid any inconvenience, please call the 51ÁÔÆæ Help Desk or submit the online support form<\/a>. Once we have discussed your issue and have determined that in-person assistance is needed, you will be directed to one of the walk-in locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Classroom Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Classroom Services provides multimedia equipment, training, and support to those using general assignment classrooms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setup and use of audio-visual equipment are provided free-of-charge for credit classes. To request equipment please fill out the Audio\/Visual Equipment Request Form<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
