Genung serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for IT and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. In this role, Scott collaborates with senior leadership, stakeholders, the IT community, and external partners to help shape and enable the strategic aspirations of 51ÁÔÆæ through technology and data. He also provides operational oversight of the enterprise-focused University IT Services (UITS) and customer-facing Campus Technology Support (CTS) organizations to ensure the delivery of these services remains aligned to the needs of the institution. We will build and maintain collaborative relationships across 51ÁÔÆæ to ensure balanced input and continual guidance. Working efficiently and identifying cost-savings initiatives will allow our services to strengthen and evolve. We want our passion to be evident in our work, and will create an environment focused on communication and engagement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"tab-v2o5-values\" class=\"uwm-p-tabcontent--pane\">\n<p>We believe in the development of knowledge and skills in a collaborative environment. We strive to support the academic, research, professional, and service activities of our university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our primary support services include the Help Desk, Desktop Support, Classroom Support, Technical Engineering, and IT Purchasing.
