Students who work for CTS get valuable on-the-job IT support experience that makes them attractive candidates to future technology employers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students also get flexible work hours and a great campus work environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019re committed to your ongoing success \u2013 as a student and into post-graduation!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Help Desk Consultants<\/strong>&nbsp;provide IT support for the campus community, working in the call center and at the GML Tech Desk. You\u2019ll learn how to manage IT issues via our ticketing system and how to work with a wide range of users across multiple technology platforms via email, phone and in person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desktop Support Technicians<\/strong>&nbsp;provide support for hardware and software for the faculty and staff of the university. You\u2019ll learn how to correct software and hardware problems, and you\u2019ll get to help users all over campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Classroom Support Technicians<\/strong>&nbsp;provide support for technology and instructors in campus learning spaces.
