51ÁÔÆæ IT is preparing for the launch of a new version of our PantherList email system in 2026. In preparation for that change, any PantherList mailing lists that have not been utilized in the last two calendar years will be disabled on December 2, 2025. 

This change applies to any PantherList that has not had a post in over 2 years (Sept. 2023-Nov 2025). The lists will be disabled on December 2 of this year, then permanently removed from the system on December 1, 2026. 

This will be an automated procedure moving forward for PantherLists: 

  1. Any mailing lists that have not been posted to over aÌý2-yearÌýperiod will be disabled.Ìý
  2. A year after that disablement, they will then beÌýpermanentlyÌýremovedÌýfrom the system.Ìý
