PCIT is an evidence-based intervention offered to caregivers and their children ages 2-7 years old who struggle with externalizing behaviors and\/or positive parenting skills. Through the <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/icfw\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Institute for Child and Family Well-Being<\/a> (ICFW), PCIT is offered uniquely in the clinic, in the home, or in group settings to better serve the needs of at-risk families.<\/p>\n<p>Please join <a class=\"\" title=\"Katelyn Blair, Ph.D.\" href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/icfw\/people\/blair-msw-katelyn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Katelyn Blair, Ph.D.<\/a> on Tuesday, July 10th, from 1-3pm for a presentation of her dissertation research findings and discussion of the implications for the use of PCIT with specific populations affected by trauma within our community.
