The Institute for Child and Family Well-being predoctoral fellowship program provides mentorship and financial support to doctoral students while they are preparing for and conducting dissertation research. Predoctoral fellows collaborate with Institute faculty on research that aims to produce knowledge in the service of promoting better and more equitable outcomes for children and families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Institute fellows receive an annual stipend of $6,000 for up to three years. Preference is given to students whose research focuses on social issues that affect disadvantaged and marginalized populations and who articulate a plan for using datasets that are housed at the Institute<\/a> or the applicant\u2019s home institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
