A Fall 2025 Cohort will be open only to 51ÁÔÆæ managers and supervisors, with costs covered through funding by university leadership (no costs from departments).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Principles of Supervision and Management (PSM) is an 11-week course for developing and strengthening supervisory skills such as conflict management, onboarding, and managing employee transitions. Participants will learn how to create and maintain a healthy, inclusive, and engaging work environment for employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The course will be held on Mondays, from September 15th through December 1st, 2025. Most sessions will be held on Zoom, from 12:30 P.M. to 4:30 P.M., except for the September 15th and December 1st sessions, which will be held in-person. No session will occur on November 24th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More detailed information about the course may be found on the <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/hr\/principles-of-supervision-and-management-course\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Principles of Supervision and Management Course web page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading size-h3\" id=\"h-how-to-enroll\">How to Enroll:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Enrollment will be open through July 15, 2025.
