Submit required forms.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-l-row uwm-l-row--6\">\n<div class=\"uwm-l-col\">\n<p>Your HR Operations contact will work with you to confirm an onboarding appointment time to submit required forms. If you have not been in contact with an HR Operations team member, please reach out to your Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who can assist you in making this connection.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-l-col\">\n<p>Your supervisor may utilize the following checklist through your first year of employment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/panthers.sharepoint.com\/:w:\/s\/HR-Web\/Ef-IDtLogldIugD58ZZcHIUBOnlMe6qUoMo1ML3pihLt3g\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Employee Onboarding Checklist<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-l-row uwm-l-row--5\">\n<div class=\"uwm-l-col\">\n<p><strong>These forms must be completed prior to, or within 3 days of, your hire date.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/uwservice.wisconsin.edu\/docs\/forms\/hr-emergency-contact.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Emergency Contact<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/panthers.sharepoint.com\/:b:\/s\/HR-Web\/EaH2FWYvjhdLraOUAdWUdDAB-gzIxOlZLq2TZb2DyQAtQg?e=zl5s7K\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Employee Self-Identification<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uscis.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/document\/forms\/i-9.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Form I-9<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-l-col\">\n<p><strong>Please Note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The employee completes only Section 1 on page 1 of Form I-9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Form I-9 also requires that you bring documents to establish your identity and employment eligibility. Complete required employee training sessions.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-l-row\">\n<div class=\"uwm-l-col\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-training-topics-for-new-employees-are-listed-below\"><strong>Training topics for new employees are listed below:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment, IT Security, and Child Abuse and Neglect<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All 51ÁÔÆæ employees are required to complete sexual violence and sexual harassment training every three years, an annual IT security training, and a one-time Child Abuse and Neglect training. Links will be emailed to you within 30 days of your contract start date. Completion deadline is 30 days from notification date. Individuals with first-time supervisory responsibilities must complete the training program within two years of their hire date.
