51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s role in Unemployment Insurance Benefits is to act as a middle party between a claimant and the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (Unemployment Insurance Division). Typically, 51ÁÔÆæ will receive requests of information relating to an individual\u2019s employment status, duration and other details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since 51ÁÔÆæ does not manage the Unemployment Insurance Benefits process we are unable to control certain factors, especially how information is communicated. Currently, the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development sends most requests of information to 51ÁÔÆæ via paper forms. Most requests are not put online which can sometimes impact our ability to respond to your claim. However, we have a team dedicated to managing the Unemployment Insurance Benefits process to ensure we are responding in a timely and accurate manner to all requests of information from the State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
