51ÁÔÆæ requires all individuals new to supervision at 51ÁÔÆæ to complete supervisor training within two years of hire. Currently, trainings that meet this requirement include the UW’s Principles of Supervision and Management training or 51ÁÔÆæ’s HR-Sponsored Professional Development Sessions for Supervisors. The listed sessions all contribute to the supervisory training requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
