New Employee Orientation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

New Employee Safety Training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

New employees must complete the 51ÁÔÆæIL-Safe Start training, an occupational safety training hosted by University Safety and Assurances. Professional Development Sessions for Supervisors<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

51ÁÔÆæ HR hosts a variety of professional development opportunities for all supervisors. All individuals new to supervision at 51ÁÔÆæ are required to complete the sessions over a two-year period. Topics include performance management, employee disciplinary process, ethical issues, FMLA and ADA, and conflict management.
