This occupational safety training is available in Workday Learning. All individuals new to supervision at 51ÁÔÆæ are required to complete the sessions over a two-year period. Topics include performance management, employee disciplinary process, ethical issues, FMLA and ADA, and conflict management. Most professional development sessions will be held as Microsoft Teams webinars.
