New Employee Orientation is required for all new employees of 51ÁÔÆæ, within the first 90 days of their starting date.
New Employee Orientation is a full-day, in-person session that will provide you with a high-level introduction and overview of 51ÁÔÆæ, with presentations sharing:
- 51ÁÔÆæ’s organizational mission, culture and our 2030 strategic goals
- An overview of key areas of work within 51ÁÔÆæ
- Efforts underway to create a future of growth and success for 51ÁÔÆæ
- Ways that we strive to foster employee belonging and connection
In addition, Human Resources will present high priority information for new employees.
