To request a copy of your official<\/strong> transcripts complete the online form<\/a> and follow the guidelines outlined below. The starting fee for an official transcript is $12. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For students requesting an official transcript uploaded to the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services LicensE portal<\/strong>, please follow these instructions: Ordering a graduate transcript to be uploaded to the DSPS LicensE portal<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Please note: This type of transcript is only used for licensing through the Wisconsin DSPS online portal. If you are having a transcript sent to DSPS, please request a regular transcript. All other transcript requests for licensing purposes, can also be done through a regular transcript request. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To have an unofficial copy of your transcripts mailed to you, please complete the unofficial transcript request form (PDF)<\/em><\/a>, sign it (handwritten signatures only), attach a copy of your photo ID, and email or mail it to the address listed on the form. Current students can view electronic versions of their unofficial transcript on PAWS by following the guidelines below. Former students can obtain in-person or mailed copies of their unofficial transcripts. Electronic copies of your transcript are only available by ordering an official transcript through Parchment<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guidelines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. Official transcripts are now ordered online<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Transcript requests must come from the student\/former student. Requests from a third party will be processed only with written permission from the student\/former student.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Due to FERPA regulations, the Graduate School cannot send unofficial transcripts electronically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. To request unofficial transcript by mail, send completed form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Transcripts will be withheld if any obligations to the University have not been satisfied.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Viewing Unofficial Transcripts Through PAWS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Current students may access unofficial transcripts via PAWS. Directions are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log into PAWS<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Under 51ÁÔÆæ<\/strong>, navigate to the dropdown menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select Transcript: View Unofficial.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Click on the arrow next to dropdown menu 5. Under type, select Graduate Transcript.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Submit Transcript Request.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
