The Letter of Offer is a contract between the Graduate Assistant and 51ÁÔÆæ.\u00a0 Prior to signing it, Graduate Assistants should carefully review their Letter of Offer and be sure that they understand its terms and conditions. For example, the Letter of Offer may include contingencies allowing the institution to terminate the appointment in certain instances.
