The School of Freshwater Sciences is excited to celebrate with our recent graduating students. This fall, our graduates included the first undergraduate student from the Freshwater Sciences Program to receive a bachelor’s degree and an Atmospheric Science Program undergraduate student received an Honors cord! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 51ÁÔÆæ Report published on December 11, 2023, includes a photo feature of one of our recently graduated Professional Science Masters students. Pierce VanValkenburg is currently working at Cities Initiative, which seeks to advance the protection and restoration of the Great Lakes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pierce was also featured in the video that played during the Fall 2023 51ÁÔÆæ commencement ceremony in which a select group of graduating students reflect on their favorite memories and offer advice to future 51ÁÔÆæ students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
