Here are places where you can report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hate-bias\">Hate\/Bias<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to report a hate\/bias incident, please use the online&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cm.maxient.com\/reportingform.php?UnivofWisconsinMilwaukee&amp;layout_id=30\">Hate\/Bias Incident Reporting form<\/a>. After your report is submitted, you will be contacted by an Office of Equal Opportunity &amp; Civil Rights investigator. Find <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/community-empowerment-institutional-inclusivity\/services\/equal-opportunity-civil-rights\/hate-bias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more information on hate\/bias reports here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-discrimination\">Discrimination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To report discrimination, or for more information, please visit the Office of Equal Opportunity &amp; Civil Rights office in Mitchell Hall, Room 359; call 414-229-5923 to schedule an appointment; or email <a href=\"mailto:eo-cr@uwm.edu\">eo-cr@uwm.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/policy\/library\/discriminatory-conduct-and-consensual-relationships\/\">Discriminatory Conduct Policy<\/a> prohibits\u00a0discrimination\u00a0and\u00a0discriminatory harassment<em>\u00a0<\/em>based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Age<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ancestry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrest or conviction record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Color<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gender identity\/expression<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Genetic information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identity as a veteran, disabled veteran or Vietnam veteran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marital status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership in the National Guard, state defense force or any other reserve<br>component of the military forces of the United States or the state of Wisconsin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>National origin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pregnancy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Political affiliation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Race<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Religion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sex<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sexual orientation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sexual-violence-and-sexual-harassment\">Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to report incidents of sexual violence or sexual harassment, use <a href=\"https:\/\/cm.maxient.com\/reportingform.php?UnivofWisconsinMilwaukee&amp;layout_id=13\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this reporting form<\/a>. More information about reporting options for incidents involving sexual violence or sexual harassment is available on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/community-empowerment-institutional-inclusivity\/services\/title-ix\/make-a-report\/\">51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s Title IX website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, 51ÁÔÆæ\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/policy\/library\/sexual-violence-and-sexual-harassment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sexual Violence and Sexual Harassment Policy<\/a> prohibits\u00a0sexual violence\u00a0(including sexual assault, stalking, dating violence and domestic violence) and\u00a0sexual harassment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-notice uwm-p-notice--info\"><div class=\"uwm-p-notice--content\"><div class=\"uwm-p-notice--message\"><strong>Not sure whether to report or where?
