Humboldt Blvd., Milwaukee (Lot No. 30)<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Steering Wheel Locks: <\/strong><\/strong>Merrill Circle Surface Lot at 2512 E. Hartford Ave., Milwaukee (Lot No. 12)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Days\/Times<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sept. 5-6:<\/strong> 8 a.m.-6 p.m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sept. 7<\/strong>: 8 a.m.-3 p.m.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event is free.
