Yet\, at the very moment of progress\, transgender people’s health is under siege. Institutional and structural barriers are leaving communities feeling abandoned\, even as individual clinicians push to uphold their ethical commitments in creative and nontraditional ways. This keynote offers ethics-informed critical perspectives on the current landscape of gender-affirming care\, asking how futures of care might be reimagined beyond traditional structures\, and what forms of resistance and resilience are required to sustain ethical practice in times of crisis.  \nHear the lecture in the 51 Student Union’s Alumni Fireside Lounge.
