The 51ÁÔÆæ Surplus Program 414-229-3465, through Physical Plant Services, helps manage unwanted furniture, equipment, & computers from campus, by either finding a new use for it in another department, selling it online to the public, donating items to area non-profits, or by recycling it as scrap.<\/p>\n

If you have unwanted items that your office or department need to get rid of, simply fill out the Surplus Declaration Form<\/a><\/p>\n

Circuit Board Disposal<\/h2>\n

Unneeded circuit boards and articles containing circuit boards are not appropriate for normal trash disposal. Circuit boards contain lead, mercury, arsenic and other heavy metals.<\/p>\n

Electronic Waste Program<\/h2>\n

51ÁÔÆæ Surplus, through Physical Plant Services, recycles unwanted electronics equipment.\u00a0 If you have university-owned<\/strong> computer equipment that you wish to surplus, please fill out a Surplus Declaration Form<\/a>. Items are generally picked up in 1-5 days by campus movers.<\/p>\n
