Keynote speakers included Craig Thompson, Secretary, Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Dr. Morna Foy, President, Wisconsin Technical College System. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations to Mark Gottlieb, Associate Director, IPIT and Xiao Qin, Director, IPIT, and Lawrence E.
