Professor Edward A. Beimborn Fellowship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Recipients of the Professor Edward A. Beimborn Fellowship receive $7,500 of support as a graduate student in civil engineering, with a concentration in urban transportation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nemati Family Biomedical and Health Informatics Graduate Fellowship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This award has been made possible by the Nemati Family Foundation, with support from Ali Nemati, Soodabeh Afshar, and Northwestern Mutual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distinguished Graduate School Fellowship (DGSF)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Distinguished Graduate School Fellowship (DGSF) recognizes and supports the most academically excellent master\u2019s and doctoral students enrolled at UW-Milwaukee. Students are nominated for this award by their programs and compete with other nominees from across the university. Fellowship decisions are made by a university committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Distinguished Dissertation Fellowship (DDF)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Distinguished Dissertation Fellowship (DDF) award recognizes and supports the most academically excellent PhD students who have achieved dissertator status at 51ÁÔÆæ or will do so by the start of the academic year of the award. Students are nominated for this award by their programs and compete with other nominees from across the university. Fellowship award decisions are made by a university faculty committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advanced Opportunity Program (AOP) Fellowship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Advanced Opportunity Program (AOP) Fellowship is funded by the state of Wisconsin. AOP fellowships are designed to assist underrepresented racial\/ethnic minority and disadvantaged non-minority students to enter graduate study and complete a graduate degree at 51ÁÔÆæ. Awards are granted to newly admitted or currently enrolled 51ÁÔÆæ graduate students. Awardees must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
