From computer labs and tutoring resources to teaching labs and spaces to create or collaborate.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--header\">Undergraduate Research<\/div><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel\"><div class=\"uwm-p-accordion--panel-inner uwm-u-clear\">\n<p>As an undergraduate student you\u2019ll have the opportunity to work with faculty engaged in research including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advanced Manufacturing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computational Fluid Dynamics and Tribology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biomechanics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metal Matrix Composites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Robotics and Controls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A benefit of attending a top tier R1 research university is the opportunity to work with faculty engaged in cutting-edge research and to participate in the&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/our\/programs\/support-for-undergraduate-research-fellows-surf\/surf-program-description\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Support for Undergraduate Research Fellows<\/a>&nbsp;(SURF)&nbsp;<\/strong>program.
